The program "PlanBee" is developed to organize your planning in the best way. You'll be able to create a schedule or a project management plan. You won't need any more to calculate and include timeline information in a business plan, PlanBee will do all these things for you. Also, it will provide your plan with graphics if it is necessary.

PlanBee is easy to use. All you have to do is enter the task names, task durations and linkages in the grid and the project is created for you.

When you see the interface of this program for the first time, it is possible that you'll be puzzled a little bit, because of the variety of different functions and options. But you can start a project quickly - without worrying about theory. You just should follow some basic steps.

Firstly, you have to enter task details, in order to do it, click the "New" icon (the one at the left of the toolbar) or select "File" "New " and enter your project's basic details in the panel which appears. You may also set a start date in that panel. Then, click the Ok button, introduce the task name in the first row and press the "Downarrow" key on your keyboard.

Afterwards, the second row will appear, so, repeat to enter task 2 in row 2. Then, do the same for task 3 etc. When, all your tasks names are entered, you can move on to "Precedence details". For this select the row with the dependent activity and click the "Add Precedent" button. In such a way, a panel will appear with the other tasks listed. Choose the "Precedent Task" in that list and click Ok.

You should do the same for all your activities, remembering that they depend on one another, that's why, if you want to fix the dates for a task, checkmark the green "Fixed Finish" box and follow the prompt.

PlanBee is ready to provide your plan with other useful and necessary details. It calculates early and late start and finish or activities included in the draft. Also, it shows all project management data in a "spreadsheet" pattern for easy understanding.

The abilities of PlanBee is almost unlimited, you can enter up to 1000 activities and about 2000 links per an activity.
