We are working on the forms for all individual jurisdictions (we have AB, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, PQ, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI and WV). The status of the program until registration is demo ware, which transforms into the full package when registration is completed.
