Schedule your people to daily shifts and tasks on a simple calendar for up to a month and then e-mail the calendar schedule to your employees at the push of a button.

You can schedule up to 10 people per day while choosing from up to 50 employees and 50 shift / tasks from drop-down menus. All you need to do is type your employee names and shifts into tables and then use the drop-down menus to assign shifts and people each day for the month.

A summary table shows the number of shifts or tasks as well as hours assigned to each person.

A second spreadsheet is included that can schedule up to 6 weeks for those who prefer to schedule on a weekly basis instead of on a monthly basis.
