Essentially, when a company integrates their package of QuickBooks (Pro, Premier or Enterprise) with Fishbowl Inventory, Fishbowl will take over all the inventory control functions from QuickBooks. The QuickBooks inventory functions are turned off and parts are no longer tracked in QuickBooks.

I could not disagree with C Wood more, for the money i have never had an inventory control program with so many features. Although it is true that the 5.0 version release did have bugs, they quickly released updates to fix the problems. And the latest 5.2 release has been fantastic.

I have been using this program full time for over 7 months now. In short, it is a completely useless program. They're on version 5.0.2 and it still has major bugs that keep the program from being stable. Each new release has tons of marketable changes but the requested upgrades are rarely addressed. The much touted forums are just a php application that is rarely looked at by tech support and apparently phone support has gone way downhill lately.
Do yourself, your company and your employees a favor: do not buy this program.

Absolutely no customer service. Requested information now for two weeks without one return call or email. Has anyone else ever tried this company?
