What you can't do at one step is to combine several notification types. For example, one reminder doesn't allow playing CD, sending an SMS, sending an Email, and launching a specified program. If somehow you find it necessary, duplicate (multiply) your reminder and set other notification types.

General settings also allow to specify Hot keys and customize the reminders types: add, delete new ones, change their icons.
