This is personal information manager with very unusual design (it have the transparent window). It can reside on Windows desktop directly and doesn't obstruct access to files which reside on Windows desktop. There are great tunabilitys of interface's color. It allow select to any pictures of Windows desktop.

The program allow to do:
start the program automatically when the computer starting;
plan the tasks and write it in the database;
remind about planned tasks beforehand;
edit a record about task;
start the default postal program and send the e-mail;
start the notebook, which installed in Windows.
