PSAdetect is a program for the Windows operating system that monitors the video signal from one camera (or your screen) and is able to detect if a significant part of the picture selections has changed.

PSAdetect uses Windows Multimedia device for detection movement. It makes snapshots of the movement under jpeg format, making it usable as an observation or security system.

It can send out a wav sound or send the jpg file on a client when detecting motion. You can also use PSAdetect for realtime viewing locally or remotely.

PSAdetect after a detection can have the following actions:
-record on disc an image jpg
-transfer the image on a distant site in ftp
-start an audio recording
-Send a mail
-Pay a sound
-Execute external application
