IconEdit is an icon editing utility which allows you to extract icons from DLL and EXE files, and convert between BMP, ICO, and JPG file formats.

You can draw points, lines, ellipses, and rectangles, and use the built-in spray and fill tools to create icons, which can be saved in BMP, ICO, and JPG formats.

You can also capture any 32x32 screen area, and search your disk drives for icons and supported images.

IconEdit includes a library of 21 icons.
