Icon Digger 2000 allows you to extract icons from DLL, EXE, and ICL files.

You simply browse through an Explorer-like file list, and whenever Icon Digger finds an icon, it is displayed in a viewing window. You can then double-click the image to save it as an ICO file in the folder of your choice, or you can copy it to the Clipboard.

In addition, the program can convert any BMP file into ICO format, and it also lets you resize it to 32x32 proportions.
