Publisher's Description
The Fourth Day awarded Softpile Most Popular

The Fourth Day is an Astronomical clock and almanac for Windows 95 or later. An accurate 3D globe with Earth's day and night side is presented, along with information about the times of sunrise and set, civil twilight, moon phases, etc. Multiple options allow for customization of the globe, including a simulated cloud layer, urban lighting, realistic terminator, and more. You can set your home location by entering lat/long coordinates or searching through a 23,000 entry database from the US Census Bureau. Fix your view of the Earth over your home, from the sun or moon, over the terminator, etc. With your Internet connection, you can also synchronize your PC's clock with the master clock at the US Naval Observatory. Also included is a screen saver module that uses the Fourth Days's settings to display an animated globe clock for your screen saver.
