Batch Maker allows you to simultaneously and automatically launch several applications and open several files.

You simply select or drag and drop your files, folders, and shortcuts into the program's window; choose how you want each one opened (normal, minimized, or maximized); give your new batch file a name; save it; and access it via the icon that now appears on your desktop.
