RunPrio is a command-line utility which allows you to run commands with a specified priority.
The program lets you see a command's exit code as well, and specify a time-out for each command. After the time-out has expired, RunPrio attempts to terminate the command.

Usable when testing CPU's temperature and cooler performance with CPUburn and some monitoring utility. RunPrio allows CPUburn to use ~96% of system resources and gives ~5'C hotter CPU temperature.
