Deep Space Screen Saver displays spectacular images of nebulae, globular clusters, and galaxies.

It includes 28 images displayed as a slide show. A title and description accompany each picture, and add educational value.

Many of the images were taken by the Hubble Space Telescope, which can view these distant objects with far greater detail than was ever possible from even the largest ground-based telescopes. Some of the images in this screensaver show a distant body as viewed from both the Hubble and a ground-based telescope to show the contrast in detail.

Options let you choose the time delay between images (in seconds or minutes), select which transition effects to use, and stretch the images to fit the screen.
