V.I.P. Screen Saver lets you turn your collection of photos and videos into fancy screen savers or a series of ever-changing wallpaper images.

A 'portfolio manager' lets you easily find images and videos on your hard drive.

For creating screen savers, you can then choose a frame and matte style and any special effects -- including wipes, curtains, fades, and blinds. You can adjust the delay between photos, change the order of the images and videos, and choose whether to display things randomly or sequentially. You can preview your screen saver at any time.

For creating wallpaper, you can change the order of the images, choose the background fill color, and select whether the images should be tiled or full-screen. The wallpaper images are rotated each time you load Windows 95.
