This program consecutively after preset time intervals turns display monitor into energy saving modes.

It expands Windows 98/2000 functionality allowing in particular to turn monitor into Standby mode (unlike Windows 95 these OS'es are only capable to completely turn monitor off). Being invisible, PowerControl launches another chosen by user Screen Saver. It also prevents appearance of 'extra buttons' on TaskBar after ScreenSaver termination.
