XTheme Manager is a desktop theme changer, editor and manager.

XTheme Manager lets you install and use desktop themes, even if you don't have Microsoft Plus! installed. If you do have Plus! installed, XTheme Manager offers several enhancements.

You can easily preview all components of your desktop themes, including wallpaper, icons, cursors, sounds, fonts, logos, and colors. You can even preview the themes before you install them. The user interface is directory-oriented, so it's convenient and quick to use especially if you have hundreds of themes.

You can install themes into any directory (you don't need to copy all the themes files into the PlusThemes directory).

You can also customize the installation of your themes. You can choose individual wallpaper, icon, cursor, sound, logo, color, and font files to install. For example, if you always want to use the 'My Computer'' icon and a certain color scheme, XTheme lets you. When you edit/modify a theme you can save it as a new theme.

XTheme Manager also includes an auto-change feature. You simply create a 'change list' and the program automatically changes your desktop themes. The change sequence can be sequential, shuffle, or random, and the change interval can vary from 60 seconds up to 24 hours.

XTheme Manager can be minimized to a System Tray icon for easy access.
