All PADs are descriptors of freeware software or shareware software with free downloads links. The database contains urls of the pad files. All pad files have been checked at the time of submission for dead links. PAD files is a xml description of software. (software title, cost, description etc..) It stands for Portable Application Description. Most software sites (tucows etc.) will ask you to submit a PAD file when adding software to their site. With these PAD files you can build a software - download site. The file is in xml format and includes all needed details about software application: title, short description, long description, download link, screenshot link, icon links, download size, price (if any), company, website, affiliate id (like regnow id or such) and more....
