RegBase is a customer management database program designed with the e-commerce vendor in mind.

RegBase lets you automatically parse your order notifications, helps you organize your customers by product or any other criteria you choose, and gives you an e-mail merge form letter.

RegBase allows you to drag-and-drop e-mail order notifications from Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Netscape Mail, NeoPlanet and Eudora. You simply drop an order notification on RegBase and it automatically parses it and puts it in the database for you. It parses order notifications from most major Internet resellers, including NetSales, Digital River, Kagi, eBay and more. You can even define your own order notification layouts for other resellers.

All data is stored in Microsoft Access format, making it simple to create additional queries, reports, and more with third-party tools. You can also export data to comma-delimited files (CSV) or XML files for use with other programs such as Microsoft Excel.
