HelpiX Freeware(free for non commercial purposes) is a lite version of HelpiX Shareware Edition - but it's still WYSIWYG program for creating Windows Help Files (.HLP). It's very intuitive and fast, you don't have to know anything about creating help files and you will create it in minutes!
