Library provides 3 following functions:
* text output drawing based on a line
* text output drawing based on a circle
* text output drawing based on a curve

There are several general parameters for each function:
* font characteristic (name, style, size, color etc);
* symbol color;
* intersimbol space;
* symbols orientation;
* symbols carrying line affixment

Output can be done per symbol.
Different output effects can be used per symbol as well.
