Perl Builder is an integrated development environment for Perl.

It is ideal for writing CGI scripts, as well as interactive system administration scripts, Perl/TK applications, or general purpose Perl programs.

Perl Builder offers a visual editor and debugger along with a CGI Wizard that lets you write scripts without writing code. A CGI simulator lets you run, debug, and test scripts on the Windows desktop, even without a Web server installed. Output such as dynamic HTML and automated e-mail messages can be examined visually in the IDE.
