WinTweak lets you customize several of the hidden settings of Internet Explorer 4.

WinTweak lets you move your email and news folders and your address book to the location of your choice, toggle between the IE4 and MSN search pages, adjust the menu pop-up rate, adjust the maximize windows speed and easily change the computer user name and organization. You can also customize the Start Menu by choosing whether to include or exclude the menus for documents, favorites, find, run and log off.
