Cam Explorer is an explorer-like webcam browser for viewing and record  webcams without use of standard webbrowser. All webcams are organized into the directory trees, you simply open webcam windows as you open ordinary files in windows explorer.

I tried to log on so that i could download webcam explorer. My friend has it and its really cool. I have tried like 5 times on this site and only get a blank screen that says www.da.ru at the bottom. I will try again tomorrow. I hope it something that can be fixed. I enjoy coming to this site.
