This popular freeware extension for Windows Explorer provides a subset of the decoding features available in our Directory Toolkit product.

It allows you to decode a file containing Base64(MIME), UUENCODED, XXENCODED, BinHex (Mac format), XXENCODED, printed-quoteable, User (table), and plain text encoded attachments(s) by right-clicking on the file in Windows Explorer and selecting Decode from the menu.
