MessageExport is a use add-in for exporting and backing up Microsoft Outlook email messages to different formats, including .msg, .eml, .mht, .pdf, .txt, .jpg, .gif, .tif., and .mbox.

MessageExport now supports SharePoint server and Symantec Enterprise Vault. Use MessageExport to embed file attachments within PDF, or to convert file attachments to PDF. Batch extract file attachments. Apply specific naming criteria to your exported files.

Users can setup custom profiles that can accomplish a number of tasks that you may now be performing manually.
