HTMLFix corrects a few common HTML syntax errors.

It performs three functions. HTMLFix adds closing paragraph tags </p> to the ends of paragraphs that aren’t closed. It removes newlines (carriage return / line feed combinations) inside paragraphs. Lastly, HTMLFix removes runs of spaces and substitutes a single space for each run.
