I have been a subscriber to webCam and a user of Pysofts Active webcam for several years and I can assure you this is the most arrogant company I have ever delt with. They will not respond to e-mails, nor do they answer discrepancy tickets, but they do eventually "fix" the problems that to be honest are rare once the software has been properly installed and set up. That being said, the software is good, and if you purchase the full version you will be happy with the way it works, problem is if you do have a problem, plan of a day of frustration while they address your problem. My system stopped working this weekend. I submitted a complaint and only then did they bother to tell me that they had upgraded their server and I needed a new upgraded program to stream to their site! They provided a link to download the required software, but it looks like I now will have to purchase a new license to use it! Not only that, I cannot get the new verson to stream to their server and 10 hours later they still have not responded to my complaint! bob
