Publisher's Description

Enlista's product family allows you to instantly share information and communicate in real time over the internet privately and securely.

Enlista will improve your collaboration and you will increase your productivity. As part of your business, Enlista will help you increase your productivity by allowing your employees, partners and customers to easily store, retrieve and update information in a private and secure environment.

Enlista lets you keep control of your data, while making it accessible to parties of your choosing. You decide who sees what and who can make changes; all with the click of a mouse. It is like having an instant Virtual Private Network or a custom Intranet on the fly with no additional hardware, or dedicated System Administrators.

Enlista's Delegated Contact Management lets you change your contact information such as email or phone number and automatically update all the address books of the people you care about. In the same way your address book will be automatically updated when your friends update their own information. No more tedious and duplicate data entry trying to stay on synch.

Enlista lets you organize important information in the way that makes more sense to you, it reduces redundant information and minimizes double data entry. Enlista is flexible and extensible. There are no limits. You decide. You are in control.

At home Enlista lets you share important information with friends and family; you can store and track all kinds of everyday lists (movies, home inventories, restaurants, ideas, books, shopping, presents, reminders) that are important to you.

Mark
I got this software for my small company (3-5 employees) and has done wonders for sharing information that normally would be lost in an email inbox. I will start using it with my wife to keep track of expenses. I truly recommend it, it is a little rough at the begining but once you understand the interface you are sucked into the software. Cheers, Mark
