Logbook is a Perl script which enables you to set up your own online journal, weblog, diary, or travelogue on a web server. You can add new entries from anywhere with internet access and a web browser, or you can upload your entries via FTP.
Visitors can leave comments under each entry you have written.
Or, just use it to discuss random thoughts with friends.

To run Logbook on your web server you will need:
The ability to run Perl CGI scripts.

The script itself is free of charge for non-business use, however you would have to install it on your web server yourself. The registration cost covers installation for you by Wordit Limited.
