Picture Window provides plenty of image editing tools, including perspective correction, color balancing, brightness, contrast, saturation adjustment, retouching, filtering, compositing, resizing, tinting, sharpening, blurring, and advanced mask creation tools. It can create photo calendars or posters of any size -- it does this by breaking them up into overlapping tiles which can be trimmed and taped or mounted together.
