NewView Graphics File Viewer allows you to easily view and print image files in centered or tiled format.

The program lets you view multiple images as a slide show, and animated GIFs and cursors are automatically displayed in animation.

It also includes file conversion capabilities, and tools which enable you to customize the orientation and brightness of an image, as well as reduce colors.

NewView Graphics File Viewer supports the following image formats: ANI, BMP, CUR, DIB, EMF, GIF, ICO, IFF, JPG, LBM, PCX, PNG, RLE, TGA, TIF, and WMF.
