2JPEG.EXE is a console utility for quick conversion of images to JPEG format.

You can use the program to convert one image at a time, or multiple images using the batch mode. 2JPEG.EXE can be used to convert BMP, DCX, EMF, EPS, GIF, TIFF, PCX, PNG, and Targa files to JPEG format (with an option to convert to progressive JPEG). It comes with an image cropping tool.
