I have tried twice (and been charged twice) for downloading registration and license keys for this product, and the keys have never been sent. The latest attempt was on March 10. I went through the SareIt payment system on Develcor’s site and received confirmation codes for the purchase. For the second time, Develcor has failed to send the codes via email. On my first prior attempt to straighten this out I contacted the payment system and ended up in a finger pointing arena where everyone ( the payment service and Develcor) denied any knowledge about any problem. The payment company said they passed the info to Develcor, Develcor said they had no record of a transaction. I never got the access keys I needed for the shareware. So, I tried again on 3/10. No luck this time either. I have confirmation of the payment transaction to ShareIt payment service, but no emailed codes from Develcor. It appears that Develcor has a failed business system and does not respond to purchases over the Develcor site.
