'TV Viewer' is a program that will allow you to view the input of your capture
card, at (almost) full screen size, with using only a very small amount of
system resources. This program will make a TV board of your capture card!

Your video card must support standard RCA video in for this program to work. Using composite cables can never reach the quality that S-Video allows; however, "TV Viewer" is a reliable and efficient program with easy install. A few of the options may be a bit confusing for new users though no advanced settings are required. The only factor that "TV Viewer" lacks is a mass number of features. I will give it a 4/5 “Good” overall, great job to the creators.
