Steps as follow Browse for the input movie file. To set the 1st frame: select "1" from the "Using Slider #" combo box. Press "Play" button. When the movie reach the desired frame press "Pause" button.

Now the current frame is the 1st frame.To set the 2nd repeat these steps but now select "2" from the combo box. Note: the sliders are disabled during playing.
