CD-R Diagnostic lets you test, examine, and recover data from CD-ROM, CD-R and CD-RW discs.

The CD-R Diagnostic has been designed to work with all ATAPI/IDE and SCSI CD-ROM devices and is very useful for anyone authoring their own CD-Rs.

The program can access and supports the copying of files from disks in the ISO-9660, Joliet, UDF, and HFS file formats. The program will also recover data from some inaccessible packet-written CD-RW disks. It also has the option of displaying sectors (in hexadecimal and character format), the number of sessions, volume information, the table of contents, and an analysis of the CD-ROM or CD-R.
