NetLab provides easy-to-use versions of Finger, WhoIs, Quote, Time, Ping, Traceroute and DNS Lookup.

The Time Server allows you to set your PC's clock to Atomic Clock time servers located on the Internet. The Traceroute utility uses a 'parallel' trace method that works up to ten times faster than conventional trace utilities. NetLab can also scan ports and look up Winsock information.

Great piece of software. Getting kind of dated now, but no less useful. Everything you could possibly need in one tight package. For the author's homepage, the entire domain appears to be gone.

I've tried LOTS of basic networking utilities but I keep comming back to Netlab v. 1.4 - its simple and powerful. Pity its SO hard to find download sites for it. The main distribution site in Taiwan is almost DEAD its soooo slllooooowwww.
