You can complete a deep full scan or set a customer scan. To complete a full scan just click Scan Your Registry on the Main Status Screen.

A scan result will look like this: groups of problems on the left and problems themselves on the right. Problems can be of High Priority (that needing repairing badly), Medium and Low Priority. Curious users might get acquainted with the essence of a trouble and its location. You can then choose to selectively clean each item or automatically repair them all. Press Repair and wait. Before repairing, Registry Mechanics automatically creates a system backup.
