"Advanced Control" is a browser add-on that runs programs within an HTML page without affecting the address space. It allows access to window, document, WebBrowser, and ShellUIHelper objects.
Once you have selected your script file, "Advanced Control" will execute your program. The address space of your program remains insulated, but you can still access objects such as window, document, WebBrowser, and ShellUIHelper.
In addition, this software allows you to use WebBrowser and HTML element events. You can also create an instance of a specific ActiveX for file operations, among other things. You have the option to write your script in either JScript or VBScript.
One important thing to note is that if you are using a version of Windows with security features (Windows NT, 2000, or XP), you will need to be logged in as a user who has permission to install ActiveX controls. With this software, you can easily execute your desired program while staying protected by maintaining an insulated address space.
