Added more hot keys (F9 and '+' key opens bet other dialog for no limit ( the Fifth prompt button ), F2 opens Room Board, F3 opens Player List, F4 opens Chat Log). Fixed Advanced action buttons. It is now impossible to accidentally click the wrong action after a state change.
