Fixed problem with software which would not display help and documentation files on some Windows XP machines lacking Microsoft Word or the html help engine installed with certain configurations. Added changes to the installer file to properly remove files after uninstall and detection of version of Windows the installer is running on. Also changed the compression mode of the installer to help reduce file size.
