RealOptimizer is a plug-in for ACDSee that helps reduce file size and dimensions of images for web use. Its interactive interface makes image compression effortless, allowing for easy optimization.

RealOptimizer is compatible with BMP, TIFF, GIF and JPEG file formats and makes multi-image optimization a breeze. All you need to do is select the image you'd like to use as an example and the software will guide you through the rest of the process. You can choose the quality, size and destination directory for each image and get consistent results across all of them.
What's particularly impressive about RealOptimizer is that it can optimize large batches of images without any additional steps. This means you can optimize 10, 100 or more photos in the same amount of time it would take to optimize just one. All it takes is a few clicks to get started and the software does the rest.
The user interface of RealOptimizer is refreshingly simple, with just three windows to work with. One window is for your original image, another for your optimized image, and the third for entering potential changes. You can access this interface quickly from ACDSee by selecting a single image and clicking on the Optimize button in the Extras toolbar.
Optimizing a single image with RealOptimizer is incredibly easy. You just need to move two slide pointers in the changes window until you get the results you want. This works for BMP, TIFF, JPEG and GIF files. Once you're satisfied, simply click the Save or Save As buttons and you're done.
