The software has a visually appealing display with photo prompts to make navigation easier. Also, the software provides the option to send Secure Messages with customized passwords to keep your information safe.
The various features that I experienced while using Photo Display are listed below:
- The software provides various hyperlinks for emails, phone numbers, and websites regarding personal and business information.
- With the help of the "View as HTML" feature, I could create HTML documents for selected entries that can be viewed online or even printed.
- In addition to this, I could also view the HTML folder that contains all the HTML content related to my contacts.
- Customizing the Photo Display dimensions is also possible in this software (ranging from 32w x 32h to 200w x 200h) along with various options such as "Open," "Copy," "Paste," and "Clear."
- The software can hold a maximum of 32,767 characters in the "Information section" and can word wrap for ease of access.
- The software also provides Password Protection, making it even more secure.
- The Address entry options available are Undo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Paste New, Delete, and Select All.
- I could have multiple listing styles and sort them alphabetically or even use the "Find/Find next" option for better navigation.
- The Lock entries option prevents accidental alterations.
