AgendaMax

AgendaMax is a personal information manager that provides users with a comprehensive set of features, making it a great alternative to most calendars in terms of functionality. With the capacity to hold over 64,000 appointments and tasks, 64,000 holidays, 64,000 notes, and 64,000 journals, all at the same time, AgendaMax presents a powerful organizational tool for keeping even the most hectic schedules in control.

AgendaMax displays appointments, tasks, and holidays graphically on the calendar, and with a display beside the calendar, users can easily see items related to the current calendar date. Moreover, tasks not marked as done are still available for completion the next day's list. By double-clicking on any calendar date, users can view the Day At A Glance or edit an appointment or task by dragging it into the calendar.

AgendaMax comes with several pre-loaded templates for holidays in over 25 countries to help users to import their favorite holidays directly into the calendar. Furthermore, journaling is made even simpler by the software's automatic journaling features, while the Category Notes feature is perfect for keeping project notes organized. Additionally, the software provides the capability to search all appointments, tasks, holidays, journals, and notes using the Keyword Search function. Also, users can choose to view appointments either in the 12 or 24-hour format, while the Daily View capability transforms AgendaMax into a date book format.
