Aurora Smooth

I recently had the opportunity to try out Aurora Smooth, a pure Aurora GTK theme designed specifically for use with GNOME. I was impressed with the smooth elements and elegant colors that this theme provides.

For those unfamiliar with the Aurora Gtk Engine, it contains all common Gtk widgets and provides an attractive, complete, and consistent look for Gtk applications. What sets Aurora Smooth apart is its design, which emphasizes the smoothness of elements and the sophistication of its colors.

This theme offers several engine options, including menubarstyle, curvature, arrowsize, old_arrowstyle, and animation. Menubarstyle allows you to choose between a flat or gradient look. The curvature option sets the default widget curvature, while arrowsize controls the circle size of combo arrows. Its diameter is set by (11 + 2 * arrowsize). The old_arrowstyle option sets the circled arrows to their original style, the same as those in sorted tree columns. Finally, animation, when enabled, allows for animations within the theme; it requires the Aurora Gtk Engine to be compiled with support for animation to work properly.

Overall, I would highly recommend Aurora Smooth to anyone looking for an elegant, smooth, and consistent theme for their Gtk applications. The customization options available in this theme allow for a truly unique and personalized experience.
