I recently had the opportunity to review Automatic @Mail System (AMS), a powerful software designed for sending and receiving E-Mail messages automatically. The program is an efficient tool that monitors different directories and mailboxes preconfigured by the user.
One of the unique features that I found very helpful is that it can be optimized to send all predetermined types of files present in a specific directory to a specific email address, or through information files. These files contain all necessary information required for constructing the perfect message, such as the destination address, subject, message text, and attachment file.
On the receiving end, this program also offers its users with an effortless way of processing incoming messages. Every time a new message is received, AMS creates a result file along with the email's origin, subject, and text of the message, followed by attachments created in the folders previously configured.
AMS V3.0 comes with even more advanced features, including automatic and effortless data interchange between remote applications, and easy control and response to application requests through email messages. Overall, I found this software simple to use, practical and efficient, making it an ideal solution for anyone looking for a reliable automated email system.
