As the first non-profit and open source-based travel and hospitality network, the international community behind BeWelcome set out to develop and maintain BW-Rox, the platform driving the network. Our goal was to bring people together in real life and promote communication across social networks to create better code and innovative features.
By providing a platform for imaginative new ways to link individuals, organizations, communities, and cultures around the world, we aim to create a creative community of shared adventure online and in real life.
This release includes several new features, such as a simplified framework, a new demo build to get started quickly, improved search members feature, nice graphs for statistics, translatable forum posts, improved gallery, blogs, and trips.
