bMotion

bMotion-lib is an exciting project developed by simsea which implements bMotion in C++. This implementation includes a module that links it into eggdrop, making it distinct from its predecessor, which relies on TCL. Although bMotion is highly advanced, it is also highly incomplete due to the fact that sim has hacked together several elements. However, this hacking (in the leet sense of the word) has led to the creation of bMotion-lib which is ideal for learning C++ programming.

As for the original bMotion, sim is not abandoning it but will be less active on it, as the newer implementation is now his primary focus. With a significant amount of code to manage and having identified some drawbacks of TCL, sim is now trying to accomplish some tasks with bMotion that are better handled using C++.

To use bMotion-lib, you need eggdrop. This release features reworking of internal elements that spanned four years, and includes noteworthy new features, such as improved inter-bot communication, and gender-based and date-specific output selection. These features, such as the ability to output different messages for Halloween and Christmas, make bMotion-lib an impressive software.
