BurnRights is a useful application that allows you to modify users' access to CD / DVD / BD devices. This lightweight and portable software is easily configurable, meaning you can simply save the EXE file to any location on the hard drive and run it immediately without any need for installation.

Alternatively, BurnRights can be moved to a USB flash drive or similar storage unit for use on any computer with minimal effort. The program is also efficient, as no items remain in the Windows Registry or on the hard drive after removing it.

The user interface of BurnRights is basic, with a standard window showing a list of all available CD / DVD devices that are automatically loaded at startup. Once selected, users can establish user access either by allowing all users, or just administrators to burn a disc.

Current access right details, including the account type, access type, and domain, are displayed on the bottom part of the screen. Applying new modifications is as simple as clicking a button.
