This software lets you make 20 work assignments and an unlimited number of services, which can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, semi-annually, or annually basis. You can also invoice customers based on service events or schedule, and the software automatically reschedules services.

To utilize the program, users need to create a list of Services and their corresponding fees. The program also allows for up to 20 Work Assignments that users can create for the Service Events to be performed. When creating a new customer account, users select a Service from the list and assign the account to a Work Assignment. They can also create Service Routes by assigning customers in a particular area to the same assignment and weekday.
Assigning the Account a Next Service Date, Service Frequency, and Preferred Time (optional) can manage future Service Events automatically. Work Schedules are created based on this data and can be printed in either selected time of day or list form. For Billing Frequency designated as Per Service Event, users can print a Field Service Invoice besides Citrus Invoicer for all other Billing Frequencies.
The program also allows rescheduling Service Events that were not completed within the current cycle or skipped and rescheduled for the next cycle. Additional features include the ability to create a Service Contract, Service Routes, Work Order, Courtesy Calls, and a Holiday List.
